The Breeden Law Firm is a small law firm specializing in estate planning and probate law. Melody Breeden is Certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. At the Breeden Law Firm, we believe that every client needs some form of estate planning, regardless of the size of their estate. Everyone is entitled to express his or her last wishes and plan for incapacity. Whether it is through a simple Will or a complicated Trust, each client needs to be heard.

Estate planning is important for all adults, young and old. Because most individuals do not begin estate planning until their later years in life, we devote a large amount of our time to Elder Law. Additionally, we handle special needs planning and trusts for minors and adults.

We handle estates of all sizes, and we are here to help in the estate administration process in any way needed. We handle both contested and uncontested estate matters. Each client’s needs are different, therefore, there is no one way to handle an estate or an estate plan.

The Breeden Law Firm is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce.
